At StopBox USA™, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, our team will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
